Medication Reminder Calls
A human voice will call at a predetermined time:
“Hello (first name), this is Anova Senior Kare. It’s time for you to take your medication. Have you taken your (medication names)? If yes, say "Yes" or press “1” on your touch tone phone. If no, say "No" or press “2” on your touch tone phone.”

If "Yes" is said or “1” is pressed, we say “Thank You. Good Bye.”

If “No” is said or “2” is pressed, we say “Please do so at this time. Thank You, Good Bye.”

After three unsuccessful attempts, we will immediately call your designated Contact. Additionally, an email can be sent to your designated Contact.

“Hello (first name), this is Anova Senior Kare. Are you well today? If yes, say "Yes" or press “1” on your touch tone phone. If no, say "No" or press “2” on your touch tone phone.”

If "Yes" is said or “1” is pressed, we say “Thank You. Good Bye.”

If “No” is said or “2” is pressed, we say “We will call (designated Contact) immediately. Thank You, Good Bye.”

After three unsuccessful attempts, we will leave a message and will immediately call your designated Contact. Additionally, an email can be sent to your designated Contact.
